What is a BackDrop™?

BackDrops™ are the revolutionary new headboard that combines an upholstered slipcover with an inner air cushion. Its patent-pending fusion of style and comfort instantly transforms the look of a bedroom, at prices that start under $99, compared with traditional metal/wood alternatives at $300 – $500.

How it Works

1. Unfold the BackDrop™ air cushion and cover. Locate the air valve near the zippered opening.

2. Inflate the headboard using the enclosed electric air pump.When you have achieved a snug fit, inflation is complete. See diagram.



3. Note the 2 openings on the back of the headboard cover. These are for the placement of the wall tabs.

4. Locate the enclosed wall tabs. Do not separate the 2 Velcro pieces from each other. Clean mounting surfaces with isopropyl rubbing alcohol, wipe gently and let dry.



5. Remove the paper backing from the larger wall tab. Line tab up with each opening and place firmly on the air cushion.

6. Now remove the backing from the smaller wall tab. Please note: 2 additional small tabs are included in the package if needed.

7. Rest the bottom of the headboard on the head of your mattress. Make sure that the headboard is centered. Press firmly against the wall. Your headboard is now ready for your enjoyment. Best adhesive results are achieved after 24 hours.

8. If you need to remove your BackDrop™ headboard for any reason, place your hand behind the headboard and carefully separate the front and back tabs from each other. We do not recommend using the wall tabs on wall paper.

9. If you need to remove the small tabs from the wall, we recommend buying an adhesive remover product to prevent damage to your walls.

10. Note: In some climates the headboard may initially experience a slight deflation. This is expected and is not a product defect. Should deflation occur, use the pump to return the headboard to desired firmness.
